My favorite movie is City Slickers. In one scene, an old cowboy says the key to life is just one thing. I’m lucky to have found mine: making cold process soap.
I started in 2009 with my grandmother’s recipe and founded The Soap Gal in 2019 after years of learning the craft from the inside out. Today, we help customers bring better soap to market, crafting cold process formulations for everyone from first-time founders to established brands scaling into retail.
With hundreds of clients served, we’re proud to be some of the largest natural soap brands’ little secret. We look forward to helping you bring your vision to life.

Our 44,000 sq ft Arizona facility is built for cold process soap, from smaller production runs to full-scale orders. With in-house R&D and capacity up to 50,000 bars a day, we can support growth without losing sight of consistency.

Semi-custom starts at one loaf, typically 9 to 20 bars depending on size. Full custom starts at 1,000 bars per SKU.

Semi-custom is best when you want to start with a proven made-to-order bar and choose the details. Full custom is best when you need a formula developed from scratch with our in-house R&D team.
